Of course, the one fear in KC is that the time off may put the brakes on the Royals magical run. KC has 5 last-at-bat victories through the first three rounds of the playoffs, and they don't show any signs of slowing down. After being a firsthand witness to "Boston Strong" and the incredible run the Red Sox went on a year ago to capture the World series, it's hard to argue that the Royals aren't the chosen ones this year.
